		Asset Protection
			Asset protection is becoming more important as the litigiousness of U.S. society increases. The office works with clients in evaluating areas of risks, and in effectuating asset protection plans for qualified persons. Family Limited Partnerships and Limited Liability Companies are considered for clients who wish to protect their assets from the claims of future creditors. Occassionally, the use of offshore trusts is considered as part of an asset protection strategy.
